Stay home and Stay safe, for you, your family and the community. Some of us might be strong and can fight against COVID-19 who is currently humanity’s common enemy but some others around us might not be so lucky.
Most of the hotels and holiday accommodation providers in Cyprus provide free amendments on the dates of your reservations, just contact the property and ask them for reserving what you have already paid in order to be used as a credit for your visit to Cyprus once our life goes back to normal.

Due to the high volume of inquiries and questions received at the moment in Artemis Cynthia Complex and probably to all the holiday accommodation properties and booking channels around the world because of the recent unfortunate crisis of Covid-19 we would like to inform you that we will be able to accommodate everyone who will manage to enter the country after the strict restrictions set by the government. Between others, the measures of the Cyprus government include terms of entry to the country under the restriction of staying in isolated and controlled quarantine areas for 14 days so it is most likely most of the incoming tourists to Cyprus to cancel their holidays.

There is no reason to worry about the money you have already paid or you are supposed to pay for your booking as,

a) The guests who wish to cancel their reservation and have not paid anything yet, do not worry, no charges will be made from our side, you can cancel or reschedule your visit when ever you want free of charge. Just cancel your reservation via the channel you have made the reservation with (booking.com, expedia.com, hotels.com) to avoid any charges or fees.

b) The guests who have already been charged for their reservations (non-refundable), and will not be able to travel to Cyprus – will also not lose their money or deposits. Any cost of reservations will be kept as credit into the clients account which can be used-deducted for another reservation you make direct. To do so, please send us (via email: reservations@artemiscynthia.com) the channel you have made your reservation with (booking.com, hotels.com, expedia.com etc), the initial booking reference number, your name and dates of the cancelled booking and then please let us know the new dates you wish to visit Cyprus. The credit can be used up for a new reservation until 30/11/2020. If you still do not have any exact dates for a next visit, again this is not a problem, as you can amend your dates at any time until 30/11/2020 – reservations can have check in date until 31/03/2021.

The above terms include reservations with arrival/check in date up until 30/04/2020 until further notice. If the problem will be solved earlier, we will go back to normal and continue our operations as usual, if the problem continues – we will update you with more information on a later stage.

Please note that our team is very busy at the moment in order to sort all these cancellations out and keep in touch with all the affected guests and provide the best and most convenient service to you as always. We would appreciate your patience and understanding at these difficult times and we will come back to you as soon as possible.
